The Whistler XTR-190 is a rechargeable cordless radar detector that offers the convenience of cordless at a low cost. The XTR-190 has a built-in battery charger, which lets you charge the batteries by plugging into a normal 12 volt plug. The XTR-190 will provide an estimated 15 hours of operation on a full charge.
The Whistler XTR-190 will detect POP mode radar and it supports 3 city modes to help eliminate false alerts. The icon display is bright and easy to read, and can be dimmed or turned off entirely. The XTR-190 is also equipped with a selectable auto shut off feature, which can prevent dead batteries.
The Whistler XTR-190 responds to all types of radar currently in use by police, and provides 360 degree detection of all types of laser guns laser. The Whistler XTR-190 is immune to the VG-2 detector, and provides alerts when VG-2 is in use. Support for Whistler's Stay Alert feature is included as well.
