The Beltronics STi Magnum radar detector is a truly undetectable radar detector! Most radar detectors "leak" a signal that can be picked up by devices such as the VG2, Spectre, or Stalcar MK 3. Police use these devices to identify vehicles with radar detectors. The Beltronics STi Magnum is built from magnesium and doesn't "leak" any signal at all. That means that it can't be detected by any current or future "radar detector detector"!
The Beltronics STi Magnum doesn't just deliver complete undetectability. It also offers range better than or equal to the
Beltronics RX65. Its dual low noise amplifier (LNA) microwave receiver provides the longest warning possible on all police radar bands, including "POP" mode.
The Beltronics STi Magnum features a Multiple Threat Display, which will let you know if multiple radar signals are detected at once, and their relative signal strength. The AutoScan feature of the STi Magnum eliminates the need to shift between city and highway modes, and virtually eliminates false alarms. The STi Magnum also includes Beltronics' Traffic Sensor Rejection (TSR) software to filter out false alerts. This model also supports the detection of "POP" mode radar.
The Beltronics STi Magnum also provides a sophisticated high definition text display and clear digital voice messages for easy recognition of alerts. Four brightness levels are supported, including auto-dim and a full dark mode. A tech display can also be enabled that will show you the exact frequency of the radar signal detected.
