great customer service
I was going on a trip and couldn't find my escort power cord, and I needed one asap. Called buyradardetectors and I got one the next day.
Power plug is not snug
All things looked right out of the box, but this plug does not stay snugly inserted into the outlet. My radar detector continually turns on and off, so I feel very vulnerable. I never know when the detector has turned off due to the plug coming out.
