The Whistler 5025EX Laser Radar Detector delivers big performance in a little package. This middle model in Whistler's Elite Series is not middle-of-the-road by any means. With its high gain lens, X, K and Ka SuperWideBand detection, 360° Maxx coverage and POP mode detection, it packs powerful features and functions of the high-end models into a tiny detector you can fit in your pocket!

The 5025 EX has three city modes and highway mode to filter out false signals. It features Traffic Flow Signal Rejection (TFSR) to help prevent false alerts from radar based traffic flow sensors on roads and highways. It also features Field Disturbance Sensor Rejection (FDSR) to filter out signals from vehicles equipped with collision avoidance systems using the K band. It has Laser Signature ID (LSID) signal identifiers to display details of a laser alert. It also detects signals from VG-2 radar detector detectors (RDD).

The 5025EX is also bilingual! Its bright blue OLED text display and Real Voice® alerts can be set to your choice of English or Spanish languages. The display has auto dim and dark modes.

Other standard features include Alert Priority, auto quiet mode, a programmable function button, a Stay Alert feature to help keep you alert while on long trips, SWS alerts, setting saver, Quiet/Auto Quiet Modes, vehicle battery saver and reset option.
