Almost but not quite .
Doesn't use blue tooth, so you have to buy this if you want to actually here the sound. Routes like any other head set for helmets. All it admits is the same sound for all the signals. Even with it turned all the way up you can bearly hear it. If your playing music forget it, you'll never hear it. Out side unit is bulky and you have to completely disassemble it to install/change battery. Redesign???
