PhotoStopper is proven to be effective against the strong flash of most photo radar, red light cameras, and speed cameras. However, PhotoStopper will only work when the flash is in use by the cameras. Because of this limitation, PhotoStopper is only around 70% effective. We recommended the Super Protector license plate cover in areas where they are legal. PhotoStopper is a perfect alternative, however, if anti-photo devices are illegal in your area, or if you do not want to risk the attention that a license plate cover could attract.

High Gloss Polyurethane
This product is just a high gloss Polyurethane that you can buy at [...]. I am not sure if this will work. I took various pictures from many angles and it made no difference. The plate was just as visible.
good against flash cameras at night
Good to protect your license plate against flash cameras at night. It doesn't help at daytime since cameras don't need the flash to work then.
dont waste your money
I can promise you this product does not work. I got stonewalled when I tried to talk to the manufacturer. Try calling them before you buy it and see what happens.
useless
I applied not 3 layers but 8! there was a clear glossy finnish but no matter how many flash pictures I took of the plate, in every angle conceivable, the plate was never obstructed or over exposed, it looked even better than before! Save your money.
Dont waste your money!!!
I applied 5 coats to 4 license plates. Applied a bright photo flash while taking a picture and you could clearly make out plate in photo. Customer support didnt stand by product but rather said they recommend getting a plate cover. Dont waste the money on this product and shipping cost
