The Passport Max2 has a powerful receiver equipped with Digital Signal Processing (DSP) technology for faster scans and more advanced warning against "instant on" radar threats. It also has the ability to separate radar signals from RF interference and extraneous signals and "noise" for even accuracy.

The Passport Max2 improves on the unique multi-color graphic OLED display that was first introduced in the original Max. Brilliant graphics allow you to quickly and easily identify threats. When coupled with a smartphone via Bluetooth and the Escort Live! app, the Max2 can access Escort's real-time ticket-protection network online and warn you of threats reported by other drivers in the area in, well, real time you can even mark your own hot spots of red light cameras, speed cameras and other activity using Escort's exclusive Mark Location feature!

Of course, it wouldn't be a Max2 without all of the other features of an Escort Max, and it certainly has them. Cruise alert, AutoMute, SmartMute, Autolearn, Variable Speed Sensitivity, crystal clear voice alerts, tone alerts, Traffic Sensor Rejection (TSR) software to filter out false alerts, selectable bands and selectable markers are all a part of the Max2 package.
