Escort iXc Radar Detector

The Escort iXc takes the original iX and adds improved detection range, more precise anti-falsing, and automatic in-car updates for an even greater radar detector experience. It combines patented GPS technology, Digital Signal Processing, Bluetooth® connectivity, Wi-Fi and Escort's Defender database to create a powerful radar detection system with early warning and fast response on all radar and laser bands, including POP mode.

The Escort iXc is equipped with the same patented AutoLearn feature found in the iX to minimize false alerts. It uses GPS location based intelligence to lock out false alerts automatically and lets you mark locations of false signals on frequently traveled routes. The iXc can also reduce false alerts from the collision avoidance systems of other moving vehicles, further reducing the chance of a false alarm.

The Escort iXc connects to the Escort Live™ app on your smartphone for access to crowd-sourced information on speed traps in your area for real-time, up-to-the-moment ticket protection. The iXc is also equipped with Escort's built-in Defender Database, with the locations of safety cameras, fixed position speed cameras and red light cameras located throughout North America. You can also add your own hot spots!

The iXc includes SpeedAlert, which displays your current speed when it provides an alert. The Over-Speed Alert notifies you when your vehicle travels over a pre-determined speed. The background display of your current speed will turn red to indicate the specified speed is exceeded.

The Escort iXc also has an improved, top of the line, multi-color OLED display for sharp, clear text and graphics in blue, red, green, and amber. Add crystal clear voice alerts and English or Spanish dual language options, and you have a radar detector with truly advanced communication!
