Cobra’s XR-1010 was the worlds first 10-band™ Radar/Laser Detector with Digital Signal Processing. It features a high speed RISC digital processor, similar to those used in high end personal computers. The result is an incredibly high sensitivity and virtually no false alerts. In addition, the the UltraBright™ Data Display provides easy recognition of band detected by use of band identification letters.

With the Cobra XR-1010, you can hear your alerts announced in plain English by a real human voice with the Voice Alert feature. The XR-1010 radar detector is also equipped with an UltraBright™ data display, and a basic 3 level signal strength indicator. The automatic memory mode will automatically remember your settings each time the unit is powered on.

The Cobra XR-1010 responds to all types of radar currently in use by police, and provides 360 degree detection of all types of laser guns. The Cobra XR-1010 is immune to the VG-2 detector, and provides alerts when VG-2 is in use. Basic support is included for the Safety Alert® system.
