The DE-1665 provides an alpha numeric display and real voice alerts. A real human voice is used to describe the band detected so that you don't have to look away from the road. A graphical signal strength meter and text are shown on the display. The Whistler DE-1665 responds to all types of radar currently in use by police, and provides 360 degree detection of all types of laser guns. The Whistler DE-1665 is immune to the VG-2 detector, and provides alerts when VG-2 is in use. Basic support is included for SWS™ alerts as well. A signal strength indicator is also provided.
